"When we bought our first investment property, we tried to renovate it ourselves and very quickly realized we didn’t have the right tools or skills to complete everything that needed to be done. On our next few deals, we decided instead to hire individual tradespeople but we found that it was almost as much work to manage them (especially the last 10% of the job) as it was to do the work. We were burned out and looking for a solution at a decent price.
That’s when we found Jamal and Ali at Abbas & Co. They were professional and not only quoted us a reasonable price, they actually did the work they promised and with very little management required.
